I checked with Saris and the Saris Bones EX 2 Bike Rack part # SAR83FR is listed as a fit for a 2019 Mini Cooper Hatchback. The upper hooks will need to be replaced with hatch huggers part # SA3035, the lower feet need to be placed in the license plate well, and the upper straps should be placed over the legs.
