Yakima has confirmed that their FullBack 2 Bike Rack, # Y02634, will fit for your 2016 Toyota Prius. I've attached a video that reviews this rack. You will see the rack in the video is on a Toyota Prius.

I've attached a couple pictures of this rack on a Prius so you can see the fit on a similar model to yours.

You may also consider a Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar, # Y02531, for any Women's, Children's, or Alternative frame bikes. It fits most bike frames and styles and creates a straight top tube to make the bike compatible with the carrier.
