Here is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH83VR which you saw in the YouTube video being installed on a 2017 Jeep Renegade. I have also linked the installation video below for you to see from our website.

I recommend installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56274 when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector if you ever need to tow a small trailer or need Auxiliary Lights # C53201 for a hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights.
