I have a 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum. What tow hitch will fit this and also will it affect the foot open sensor to the trunk?

For your 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum we have the etrailer hitch part # e93ZR that would be a great option. It's mostly hidden which makes the rear of the vehicle look nicer and also helps with ground clearance. This will allow your handsfree liftgate to still function but you would need to kick to either side of the hitch opening.
