Question:

Hi looking for a front hitch for a 2011 silverado 1500 I see the model for 2500 and 3500 is hidden and goes thur bumper is there one like that for 1500 silverado? Even if it would require drilling holes thanks

There are only two options for front mounted hitches for your 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500. They are the Curt Front Hitch item # 31322 and the Draw-Tite item # 65052. Both of these hitches stick out below the front bumper and can not be adapted to go through it. The frames for the 2500 and 3500's are wider so you couldn't easily modify one of those to work with a 1500 either.

Out of those two options I recommend the Draw-Tite Front Hitch item # 65052. The Draw-Tite is welded together where the Curt has to be bolted together and assembled.
