Whats the differences between #31322 and #65052? They have equal capacity ratings.

Both the Curt Front Hitch part # 31322 and the Draw Tite part # 65052 are a fit for the 2011 GMC Sierra 1500. They have similar prices, similar capacities and will give you a hitch opening in about the same location.
Biggest difference is they are made by different brands and use different parts of the vehicle to mount the side brackets.
Since the Draw Tite is totally welded and does not have any sections that are bolted together it would be what I would go with.
