Foam Kayak Blocks to Fit a Roof Rack on a Toyota Rav4 if the Aero Style Foam Blocks Are Too Small

Does your foam kayak foam blocks with the universal cutout fit the Thule Aerobars? I have bought a few blocks and the cutouts are to small to fit the aero bars on my Toiyota RAV4.

I see that you got the Malone Foam Block for Kayaks # MPG158 in the past. These blocks are designed to be used with round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars.
But since you mentioned that the Malone Foam Block for Kayaks # MPG158 are too small for the bars on your Toyota Rav4, then the Malone Foam Kayak Block for Truck Racks # MPG159 would be a good route to go. Truck bed racks are typically slightly larger than vehicle cross bars. So if the # MPG158 were too small, then the # MPG159 with its slightly larger opening will work well.
The Malone Foam Kayak Block for Truck Racks # MPG159 have an opening size of 4" wide x 1-5/8" tall.
