Today we're going to be taking a look at the replacement end cap for the Thule AeroBlade load bars. This unit replaces the passenger side end cap. One end cap is included with this part number. It's made from a durable plastic construction. It does feature the SwingBlade design, will give an easy access to the t-slot on your load bars. Real quick I just want to show you hot it fits into the end of the load bar.
All you have to do is take it, place it in, push it in, and it's going to snap into place. It's got the tab right here that secures it in the end of the bar. Then when you need to gain access to the t-slot, swing that up and it gives you easy access. That's going to be do it for today's look at the replacement end cap for the Thule AeroBlade load bars.
This is not an exact fit or match for the Subaru OEM Thule Aero Extended Bars SOA567X070 but it close enough! It was a bit difficult trying to match up the Evo or Aero or whatever else Thule makes and sells as OE for Subaru but with enough searching online, found that this endcap was close enough and it fit perfectly in the slot. I lost one of the caps in the carwash so this replacement was cheap and fast. If (or when) I lose the other endcaps, I will definitely be buying these as replacements from etrailer as I know they will fit. You can't even tell they differ unless you perform a very close inspection, and I haven't even looked at them again since I installed them. They flip up just like the OE version does, it just has a different texture and slightly different shape.

I accidentally bought the wrong side end cap. I didn’t realize they were directional. But it’s good quality and will keep it in case I lose one on the passenger side.

Oh no! That's no fun, but at least you have an extra just in case. If you are still in need of the driver's side cap it's part # 752-2867001.
One day noticed one end cap of my luggage rack was missing. We found yours online and ordered it. We received it the other day and put it on. It’s not an exact match to the other 3, but fit perfectly. We are happy customers!
My Thule replacement end cap fit perfectly! Replaced it and the replacement rubber strip for the load bar and the horrid whistling is now GONE.
