The Valterra Clog Killer Tank Wand System # VAL28VJ is designed to be fed into toilet or drain from the inside. It should not be fed into the black tank from the outside. If you want to clean out the black tank with a hose from the outside you can add a holding tank rinser like the # CAM40126
