If you're going to swap out your trailer's axle you'll first need to measure the distance from center to center for the spring seats (B) and from hub face to hub face (A) to find the correct length. Then we can narrow down the selection to a 3,500lb weight capacity and choose compatible hubs.
For example if you had a hub face measurement of 89" and spring center measurement of 74" you could use part # T3584F-8974. Next you would need some hydraulic drum brakes like part # AKFBBRK-35 since it looks like you have a surge brake coupler.
From there you could get two hubs like part # 84556UC3-EZ to get a 5 on 5 bolt pattern. I do want to caution you that trailer tires are designed with much stiffer sidewalls to handle the strain of a load, whereas regular vehicle tires have softer sidewalls for a more comfortable ride. I recommend going with some ST rated tires to ensure it can handle the wear and tear of the trailer.
If you can get me those measurements then I'd be more than happy to pick out the correct parts for you.
