It looks like that bearing combination was used on 1940's and 1950's trailers. Unfortunately, it is now obsolete with no hubs available. Your best bet would be to replace the axle with spindles using a modern bearing combination.
In order to find the right replacement axle you will need to know the axle capacity as well as the length of the axle. The length is the hub face to hub face measurement as shown in the diagram below. For example, if your axle measured 95" and had a 3,500 lb capacity you could use the # e68GR. Then you could choose replacement hubs with the bolt pattern that match what you have now.
