Question:
I installed the RM47ZR kit on my 2022 Jeep JLU Rubicon and when I hooked it to the tow vehicle the running lights are dim. When I turn on the left blinker of the tow vehicle the right blinker of the towed vehicle flashes really fast. When I turn on the right blinker I get the same outcome. How do I correct this issue?

It sounds like there is some wiring issues going on with the diodes of the Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit part # RM47ZR or your Wrangler does not have the ParkSense feature. This is designed to convert the 12 volt signal from your RV to the 9 volt power that your 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited uses for it's taillight circuits so since you are seeing dim voltage which is usually associated with lower voltage than required to operate a light and hyperflashing my first thought is that something isn't wired properly and I would recommend going over the wiring.
I also attached an install video link for this kit on a 2022 Wrangler Unlimited just like yours which you might check out as it would walk you through entire process and ensure an install step didn't get overlooked possibly.
If you do not have the ParkSense feature you'd need a different kit with the part # RM-15267.
