Ladder Rack Solution for Truck Bed with Camper Shell/Topper Installed

Was wandering if this ladder rack will fit over a truck bed that has a topper on it, or is there a different hardware available to make this an option?

For truck bed toppers/camper shells we have ladder racks that were designed to attach to the roof of them like the TracRac CapRac part # TH29200XT but there isn't a way to attach a ladder rack that attaches to the top of truck bed rails like the # 3371501400 that you referenced.
