For your 2019 Toyota we have the Glacier Cable Tire Chains # PW2029C. These will fit your 245/60R18 tires and are class S rated. Be sure to pack a set of Gloves # PT68FR with these cables as there are some sharp points on the cables. You will also need the Glacier Multi-Arm Tire Chain Tensioners # PW105 to ensure they do not come undone while driving.
