The Space Dock 2" Receiver Adapter for Torklift Palomino Landing Pad Bumper # TLA7900 is designed to be used with the Palomino Land Pad, so as long as you have this on your 2021 Palomino 2902 Camper then this'll work great.
Also, this adapter will provide a receiver opening that is meant to be used exclusively with the 16x21 TorkLift Lock and Load SideKick Cargo Tray for 2" Hitches # TLA7901.
