The correct aftermarket puck system for a 2014 Chevy Silverado 3500 is the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30868. That being said, The Reese Elite is designed with Ford's puck spacing so you would need to replace the legs of your Curt hitch with ones compatible with Ford in order for them to fit. If you can provide me with the model of your hitch I'd be happy to find the correct legs for you.
If you plan on ever towing a gooseneck trailer or would just like the option to then I recommend going with the Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Complete Hitch # RP30158-68 instead so you can get the gooseneck attachment point as well.
Note: Neither of these will fit Cab and Chassis or vehicles with 34 inch frame, so you'll want to measure you frame prior to purchase to ensure these will actually fit.
