The Jensen Pull Up Antenna # AN110 isn't designed to be mounted through an exterior hole in your RV. It comes with a mounting bracket that you would screw onto the RV with some self-tapping screws and then hook the antenna to.

If you're routing the coax cable inside then you would need to drill a 3/8" hole for the cable to pass through. If you drill this hole on the roof you'll want to cover the hole with some self-leveling sealant # 34427034145-1. If you drill the hole through the wall you'll want to use the non-sag sealant # 344270341437-1 instead.

If you need an extension for the cable you can splice in the Dipole Antenna # 292-100210, which is 71-1/2" long.
