I have a couple options as we do not have a 7-way that will connect to your factory connectors on your 1999 Ford E-350 15 passenger van. First if you can identify the wiring for the charge line and brake controller line you will be able to connect the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter # C57672 to your current 4-way and wire in the connections for the brake controller line, charge line and reverse circuit.
If you are unable to identify the additional wiring or they are not working the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7 will provide you with the same style 7-way that will connect to the 4-way. This kit will include the wiring needed to run to the battery and also be able to hardwire in a Brake Controller # 90195.
