I purchased the 30 amp mighty cord with the 90° plug at the RV side. I also had purchased the 30 amp power inlet that I replaced. The cord fit into the new male power Inlet very snuggly and I really think the 90° angle will keep the excessive downward pressure from causing future problems.

Seems to be heavy duty. So far it’s working great.

Survived as expected after 1 year of outdoors weather.

by:
I've used my power cord for a year now to get power to my race trailer and it works and looks as good now as it did when it was new. I was worried, because of the price, that it wouldn't hold up well to constantly being connected/unconnected. I've connected/unconnected it well over 50 times now and it shows no signs of wear. As a bonus it remains flexible in cold weather so it can still be easily coiled up on cold December days.
by:
After a long search I found the perfect 30 amp power cord for my RV with a 90° angle exiting the RV. The court arrived at my doorstep three days after my order. Will use e trailer more often in the future.
by:
Another solid product from etrailer. The twist lock end fits solid and the ring goes on easy and is snug and holds the cable tight. The spades on the other end are solid also and don't wriggle around like some of the cheaper brands do.

2009 Forest River Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite Fifth Wheel
THE POWER CORD I BOUGHT PLUGGED IN AND WORKED AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO. IT IS A HIGH QUALITY PART THAT IS BETTER THAN THE ONE THAT CAME WITH THE TRAILER.
by:
I Like the 90° angle Not happy about the sloppy loose Fitting locking nut nor the fact that it’s made in China
by:
The cord works great like the 90 deg end and locking nut
by:
New cord works great. It’s a little shorter than the one that came with my camper but I knew that when I ordered it. I wish I could have found one that was as long (30 ft) but this will do.
Happy customer

works ok, they stay flexible in the winter only issue is the red is fading a bit after being left out for some time.
by:
after one year of use, couldn't be happier with this product. It's held up well.
by:
Works as described! Also purchased inlet because the original was not installed properly and need a matching inlet for this nice new cord!!!

  • Are Replacement 30 Amp Rings at End of RV Plug Universal
Hey Virgil, thanks for reaching out! The threaded ring will have the same thread dimensions, but all of the replacement rings we carry are designed to fit with specific plugs so you'll either have to wire in the matching plug, or just replace the cord entirely with something like the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord w/ Pull Handle # A10-3025ED90. If you can figure out who the manufacturer of your power cord is then we might be able to find the right replacement - otherwise your best bet is to...

Hey Andy, thanks for reaching out! It looks like you're wanting all of the parts needed to tow a small trailer with your 2012 Lexus RX 350 as well as a replacement power cord, inlet, and stabilizer jacks for your small camper, so here is what I recommend checking out: 2012 Lexus RX 350 - Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13143 - Wiring # 118252 (with tow package) OR Wiring # 118255 (without tow package) - Mounting Brackets # 18144 and # 18136 - Ball Mount # e66PR Trailer - 30 Amp Inlet...

  • How to Hook a Cargo Trailer Up to Shore Power
In order to wire your cargo trailer for both 12 volt DC and 110 volt AC power you would need to install a AC/DC distribution panel and power converter which we currently do not offer. You would then wire the 12 volt power to the converter along with all of your 110 volt outlets. In order to hook up to shore power you would first need to install a power inlet like the Epicord 30 Amp Twist Lock Power Inlet part # 277-000138. • Will The Hughes 30Amp Male Connector Fit Inside The Storage Hatch For Electrical Cord On Campers?
I have found the Mighty Cord Replacement Pigtail # A10-30PMVP to be the best option when replacing a power cable end on a camper using a Hatch # A10-2140VP to store the cable. The replacement ends like the Hughes # HU93FR you found are too large to fit in the small storage area. Personally the best thing you can do is eliminate this type of cord all together by installing the Power Inlet # A10-30INVP in its place. This helps to seal one of the holes which insects and moisture can easily...

However, there are two ways you can wire the lights to a trailer battery and successfully power them with AC power. The other side of the converter then wires to a 30 amp inlet...
