The hitch you referenced, part # 41906 is indeed a fit for your 1993 Ford E350.
If you look at the photo I have edited for you, you can see the relevant dimensions of the Draw-Tite Class IV hitch, part # 41906. I have provided you with the side-to-side and front-to-back center to center bolt hole spacing, the total width, height and drop of the hitch.
