The trailer hitch with the best finish for a 2023 Honda Passport is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e44AR. The etrailer hitch has a matte finish which is different to that glossy finish on the Curt and Draw-Tite options. The matte finish will help blend in better with the underbody paneling on the vehicle and it does a better job of hiding nicks and scratches. It also has a hidden crosstube design so only the receiver will be shown.
Please note, if you'll be towing then you'll also need a few other items like the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56291 and Curt Towing Starter Kit part # C45534.
