In regards to product #8-287-14UC1, Dexter trailer hub, 8 on 6.5 in. - oil bath. Can the aforementioned hub also be used with grease ... in lieu of an oil bath. Thanks ...

Yes, the Dexter hub part # 8-287-14UC1 can have grease used in it instead of oil. The only difference is the seal which an oil seal works just fine with grease.
