To use with the 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500 Pound Trailer Axles # SP-210275 I recommend the U-Bolt Kit # APUBR-1. The manufacturer doesn't list any specified torque specs for this kit but based on the size of the hardware (1/2 inch diameter nuts) you will want to torque them down to about 70 foot pounds.
