According to my online research, your 1999 Coleman Niagra came from the factory with ST/185D13 tires on it, and what I believe was a 5 lug wheel with a 4-1/2 inch bolt circle. I would recommend measuring your existing bolt pattern to confirm that your existing wheels or hubs (if the wheels are missing) to confirm the bolt pattern. I have linked you to an FAQ article that will show you how to determine your bolt pattern.
If you positively confirm the bolt pattern, the # AM3S334 wheel/tire combo you referenced will indeed fit. The same tire is available on a white painted wheel as part # AM3S331.
