I have a 40foot 2007 Holiday Rambler Endeavor and would like to know which is better anti sway bars or a steering stabilizer.

Anti-sway bars and steering stabilizers perform different tasks. You would benefit from having both. If you are having a hard time steering and get worn out from driving because you are constantly trying to keep the RV straight then a steering stabilizer would be the way to go.
If you are experiencing side to side roll or sway from winds or passing big rigs then an anti-sway bar would be the way to go.
