Hard cornering or quick maneuvers can make a heavy setup lean more than you want. This 1-5/8" diameter front anti-sway bar ties the axle to the chassis, using the axle’s weight to brace the frame as it shifts in turns. It reduces side-to-side motion and body roll so steering feels more direct and balanced. Even on rough or uneven roads, the ride stays level and predictable.
When the road gets rutted or uneven, the TruTrac rod keeps the front axle from wandering or shifting side to side. It cuts down on rut tracking and loose steering, which means fewer corrections and a more stable line down the highway. The setup limits side play without changing the suspension’s natural up-and-down motion, so handling stays smooth and consistent.
Crosswinds and big rigs can push you around, forcing constant steering input to stay on course. By minimizing sway and wander, this system keeps the vehicle steady so you can relax behind the wheel. The more stable feel also helps reduce the effort it takes to hold your lane mile after mile, which makes long drives less tiring.
Both the anti-sway bar and TruTrac rod are made from thick 4140 chromoly steel, giving them higher strength than standard 1020 steel components. The larger bar diameter improves torsional stiffness, resisting sway by nearly 30 percent more than typical stock bars. Polyurethane bushings and grommets at each mount point resist oil, gasoline, and ozone, providing longer life and more consistent support over time.
Everything bolts into existing holes in the frame—no drilling or welding needed. The kit comes with heavy-gauge mounting hardware and bushing lubricant for a clean, bolt-on install using basic tools. Once in place, it works seamlessly with other suspension upgrades to deliver an immediate boost in stability and confidence on the road.

Installation on my 07 W16 was not all that easy. I am 65 years old but have training and years of experience with mechanical systems. I would advise using a small hydraulic jack to hold the shock plate in place while replacing the u-bolts one at a time. The drivers side went quickly and very straight forward. A tungsten step bit makes enlarging the frame holes much easier than a twist bit. Every time I torqued the passenger side u-bolts they slid just enough to prevent the mounting plate from sliding on. I got it as close as I could and used a die-grinder with a large burr to clean out the somewhat crude holes in the mounting plate. On my motor home with 2 slide-outs and automatic leveling jacks, equipment was mounted to the inside of the frame right where the frame mounts had to go. On the passenger side I had to drill (drill press is best) new mounting holes in the supplied bracket to utilize one of the existing bolts and a lower hole for a supplied bolt. All of the bolts were a lot longer than necessary. All of the parts are over built if anything and disregarding the frame difficulties, I am quite confident the end result is very strong and should last a long time.

This has been one of the best improvements that I've made to my RV and I was able to install it in an afternoon. It helps with handling on bumpy roads and windy conditions. All RV's should have these.

The good is that the parts are first class, and it works very well. Even being mechanically inclined, the directions could use an upgrade. Needs more help where the spaces go.

Instructions with pictures could be better.
The instructions are for the sway bar only then the trac stabilizer as another kit. Seemed like it was to generic of instructions.
when I decided to upgrade my w22 workhorse suspension on my 36 ft Coachman Santara , the concern was sway and control on the interstate surrounded by the big rigs from 50 to 70 mph, My Coachman would get to be a hand full due to cross and push winds.
I installed the front and rear roadmaster sway bars, front and rear trac bars and a reflex steering stabilizer.

The anti-sway bar and trutrac bar make a huge difference (with the rear anti-sway bar). Installation was straightforward, the parts all fit well.
I installed this about a year ago, it helped the ride some, but the handing it really helped, You had to have hands on all the time, reminded me of a wreck looking for a place to happen, it is not for someone that can't do hands on installation, the instruction has a lot to be desired so if You can't use tools, hire someone to install, mine was missing a lot of bolts and nuts which was easier for me to run to Alabama Bolt and buy than it was to sit waiting on them to send re[placement, I would recommend this for anyone with a WorkHorse W22 or W24 undercarriage on your Motor Home......I also would recommend the kit for the rear, when installing this, like I said it helped, but nothing like what the rear did, read about it on that Kit
I installed these anti-sway bars front and rear because I was fighting crosswinds and passing semi-trucks, very exhausting driving. Made a huge difference. Our old Newmar (Workhorse) had no sway bars at all.

Excellent, only wishing Id had it before the first of 3 trips cross country trips. Made the RV much safer. Highly recommended on all RVs
