Hello Sam.
We have a great hitch option for your 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C37RV. This hitch can handle a tongue weight of 600 pounds, and has a towing capacity of 4,000 pounds.
If you need wiring to go with the hitch then I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # CU94FR, this will get you a 4 flat on the back of the vehicle to get the lights working for pulling a light trailer, you will also want to include a Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144 to attach the 4 flat to the hitch for a nice clean looking install.
If you are looking for a ball mount to go with the new hitch you will want the etrailer Ball Mount w/ Pre-Torqued 2" Ball - 2" Hitch - 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs # e67DR. Our etrailer 2" ball has a nice black nickel plating.
