Question:

Hi, I love my Kuat Sherpa 2.0 but foolishly misplaced my cable lock somewhere and cant find it. The same set of keys open the cable lock and the pin securing the rack to my hitch. What are my options for replacing the cable lock without having to change the keys for everything else?

I do have an option for you but we do not offer a replacement lock cable for the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack like part # SH22B. That said, we do have alternative options such as the etrailer Cable Lock part # e98891 which would simply wrap around the bikes and or the rack. It will use its own keys. If you want to obtain an exact replacement for the rack your best option is to reach out to Kuat directly.
