I pulled this from our warehouse and it was a lot smaller than I originally thought. In the attached picture I have all of the dimensions you requested noted.

To give you a quick overview of the dimensions:

Thickness - .16 inches
Long Sides - .993 inches
Short Sides - .447 inches
Width - .47 inches
Long Point to Long Point - 1.32 inches (across the nut)
Short Point to Short Point - .84 inches (across the nut)
Center Hole - .159 inches
