Question:

Im missing All 4 base for my TK1 part number 8535112, What hardware do I require to mount to the rails on my rails.

Expert Reply:

For your TK1 system, you will want the Replacement FootBase Thule Tracker Roof Rack # 753-2149. Depending on the rails you have, you will either want the track nut # 853-2106 or # 853-5147.

Then you will want bolt # 924-0617-15 with key # 853-2430-02. The washers needed are black washer # 951061254 (2 needed per base, 8 total) and yellow washer # 951-0613-12 (2 needed per base, 8 total).

The Tracker II Feet are no longer available but it sounds like you already have them so these parts will work for you.

What can I use in place of 951-0613-12 You don’t sell them I purchased everything else from you? Thanks

@DanielE Sorry but we do not offer a substitute for the 951-0613-12 washer you mentioned. We used to carry them but we sold our last one back in 2021 and we will not be getting more stock. Perhaps a local hardware store would have an acceptable substitute?

@DanielE We do not have that info on file here and I have no way to measure one since they have been unavailable from the manufacturer for over 3 years. If you reach out directly to Thule they may be able to tell you but it can be kind of hit or miss with these discontinued parts. I wish I had something more helpful for you.
