Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # DT48GR does fit the 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz. We have a different part number but it is the exact same hitch. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Hyundai with included hardware.
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # DT48GR is a class III hitch, with a 2" receiver, that weighs 40 lbs. It has a 5,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 750 lbs maximum tongue weight. It can not be used with a weight distribution system. This hitch is made in the USA.
I really like this hitch because it has a integrated mounting point that lets you attach a bracket for a 4-way or 7-way plug. To attach a 4-way wiring harness to the Draw-Tite Hitch item # DT48GR you will want to use the Mounting Bracket for 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # BK4F. This bracket will attach to the pre drilled tab. None of the 4-way wiring harnesses for any vehicle include this bracket.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # CU94FR and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
