need a hitch for a 97 dodge 3500 v8 360 extended bus van regular bumper not a step bumper

I recommend checking out the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13041 for your 1997 Dodge Van with the regular bumper.

This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver rated for 600 lbs tongue and 6,000 lbs towing so it will be prefect for basically any application for you - just be sure you check these weight ratings with what your van itself is rated for and that you don't exceed the lower of the two.

If you plan on using this for towing then you also need the Curt Wiring Kit # C59236 and a ball mount kit like the etrailer # EBMK4 to complete your towing setup. I've attached videos of these 2 items for you to check out.
