The best hitch for your 2023 GMC Acadia is going to be the etrailer Hitch item # e36AR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your GMC with included hardware.
I really like the etrailer hitch because it installs behind your rear bumper cover and can be completely hidden when you are not towing. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 5,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 750 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have linked a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118720 for a 4-Way or item # 118276 for a 7-Way and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
This hitch does NOT fit the AT4 Acadia's.
