I have a few options for you to help with identifying the bearings on your trailer. The first and easiest method would be to crawl under the trailer and look for the axle tag on the beam. This should give an axle capacity which we can then use to find the bearings based off industry standards. For example, a 3,500 lb axle uses L68149 and L44649 bearings like what comes with the Hub Bearing Kit for Lippert, Dexter, and Al-Ko Axles part # BK2-100 or the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. The other option would be to take the hubs off the trailer and either read the part numbers off the old bearings or measure them with a dial caliper to the nearest thousandth of an inch. I have attached an article that goes over this process in more detail. I have also attached a few links with lists of our bearing and hub selection.

Unfortunately, we can't look up AL-KO part numbers as they are no longer in business and we can't cross-reference VINs either. If you get me the axle capacity, I can also get you the correct braking assemblies.

I do have some news for you although I'm sure it's not what you had hoped for. The AL-KO T44 (4,400 Lb) Axles are obsolete and there are no longer any replacement parts for them. There are countless forums which go over this but I will save you some time and tell you now, you need to replace the axles. In order to choose the correct replacement axle for your trailer you'll need to measure the hub face (center of hub face to center of hub face) and spring center (center of spring center to center of spring center). This will then give you the info needed to pick out the correct replacement axle for your trailer. I have also attached a video I did to help others with this same thing so be sure to give that a watch. The Dexter Trailer Axle with Electric Brakes part # 8327820-EB for example is a 5,200 lb axle which measures measures 89" long at the hub face and 74" at the spring center. I have attached a full list of all our other axles you can choose from once you have the info above.

I am able to confirm the correct bearings and seal for the AL-KO T44 Axle; it's part # L68149 for the inner bearing, part # LM67048 for the outer bearing, and part # 58846 for the grease seal.
