Im purchasing a 2022 Dodge Ram 3500 and need a hitch setup, what do you suggest? Thanks.

We have a couple of options depending on the bed length of your 2022 Ram 3500 and whether or not you have the factory hitch.

If you have the factory hitch you will want the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver item # TLD1111-30. This is compatible with both the 6-1/2' and 8' bed models. This hitch has a 2-1/2" and 2" receiver with a maximum capacity of 20,000 lbs.

With this hitch you will be able to use the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension item # TLE1542 you were looking at.

If your truck does not have the factory hitch you will need to use one of the following Class V 2-1/2" hitches:

6-1/2' bed without factory hitch - Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C15801

8" bed without factory hitch - Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver item # DT45518
