Question:
Is there a way to connect the 4 pin flat light connector to the Jeeps lighting, or do I need to purchase separate tow lights to hook on the rear

You just need to install some diode wiring like the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154 in your Jeep and use the trailer style connector (pictured below) to plug into the wiring for your Brake Buddy Stealth # HM39530.
The trailer style connector is on the shorter length of wire so I recommend just cutting it off with about a foot of wiring and then cutting the vehicle style connectors off of the longer length of wire and connecting the trailer style to one end using some heat shrink butt connectors # DW05744-10.
I would connect the plug to your Brake Buddy and then run the wire to the tail lights of your Jeep and then you can cut off the excess. I wouldn't make the length tight though, I typically bind up a little excess with some zip-ties incase I ever need to do anything else or if something goes bad so that I have some extra wire to work with.
If you need a crimping tool or heat gun you can get both of these with part # PTW30764 and part # PT47VR.
