I need a manual over rude replacement cap for my 3500 pound trailer jack. It’s round and appears to twist lock in the plastic cover.

It appears you are needing the Replacement Manual Override Cover # EJ-3520-BCP. This cap has the same design as the cutout for your trailer jack. It is a replacement for the 3,500lb RAM Electric Trailer Jack # EJ-3520-BBX.
