Replacement Manual Override Cap For A Ram 3,500lb Electric Trailer Jack

Question:

I have a Ram 3500 electric jack. The manual override rubber plug has rotted. I see only round replacements on your website. Do you have a tear shaped replacement plug? Thanks

The Replacement Manual Override Cap for etrailer A-Frame Electric Jack # EJ-3520-BCP is the only replacement manual override cap that we currently offer for a Ram 3,500lb electric trailer jack. Lippert typically has tear-shaped plugs so are you sure that you have a Ram jack? If you could send in some pictures of the jack and the plug I'd be happy to take a look and see if we can find a replacement that fits.
