Question:

I have a RAM 3500 lb capacity electric jack by Lippert. I cannot locate model number on it. I need an override plug as the original one has rotted away. I ordered an override plug for Lippert Smart Jack and it was too large. I think I found one on your website that may fit. I have a 2021 Cruiser Radiance travel trailer and I will probably buy a cover for the jack to keep rain or the sun from hitting it.

The correct manual override cover for your 3,500lb electric Ram jack is the Replacement Manual Override Cap for etrailer A-Frame Electric Jack # EJ-3520-BCP.

For a cover you can use the Ultra-Fab Protective Cover for Electric A-Frame Jacks # UF38-944026. This 14-1/2" x 17-1/2" weatherproof cover slips easily over your electric tongue jack and secures with a drawstring to helps to protect your jack motor from the elements.

I have a Ram 3500 jack the rubber cap has rotted away on the crank hole cap. I have been reading your answer's to the other people you telling them to get EJ-3520-BCP. My problem is the hole on mine is round don't have any sloths in it for that cap to work. Can you help me? Thanks

@RalphF Can you send me a picture possibly? What's the diameter of the hole? We might have a rubber grommet-style cap that you can use instead.

@JeremyA I never heard back from Ralph with any dimensions. Can you send me some from what you have an I can see if we have a match? If you want to email me some pictures of the rubber cap, even though it's rotting, that would also help.

I have the same RAM 3500 lb capacity electric jack by Lippert 2023 radiance 21RB trailer. I am looking for the override plug also. Sun rotted out and now debris and water can get in there. Do you have any idea what plug will work for it? I can take pictures and send them your way.
