How would one go about keying this lock, so that no one else can obtain it by using their RAM key?

The BOLT Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # BL7018448 will key itself to your specific key on your 2022 Ram 1500. The first time you insert your key and turn the key the lock will be permanently coded to your specific key. Unless some has the exact same key as your Ram, they will not be able to open your lock. The same holds true to the other BOLT locks available for your Ram.
