Can Bulldog Heavy-Duty Rack-and-Gear Jack with Steel Wheel # BD165412 be Used Upside Down

IF I DO NOT USE THE WHEEL CAN THIS JACK BE USED IN THE UPSIDE DOWN POSITION AND SUPPORT THE SAME Wight WORK PROPERLY?

The jack you referenced, Bulldog Heavy-Duty Rack-and-Gear Jack # BD165412, does have a removable steel wheel. My contact at Bulldog did confirm that the jack could be mounted in an inverted position (upside down) without the wheel and retain the same 1200-lb lift capacity, however without the wheel in place the jack tube itself would not provide much surface area or stability on the ground. No foot plate is offered for this jack.
