Yes, we had a customer who was able to replace his Dexter 8-155 hubs with the # 8-201-5UC3-EZ that you referenced so they should work well for you.

You can verify that this hub will work for you by pulling your current hub and making sure they have inner bearing 25580 and outer bearing LM67048.

The brake assemblies you have are 7k Dexter assemblies that are 12 inch by 2 inch in size. The part number #AKEBRK-7-SA will work as a great replacement set. This includes assemblies for both sides of your trailer that are self adjusting.
