I was going to purchase this model from a friend, but I have a 2011 Ram 2500 with rails in the bed not pucks… will this work?

Yes, The Replacement Head and Base Assembly for Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # DM6077 can fit your 2011 Ram 2500, but you will need the side plates DM6003 to properly install it.

Hey Frank, the Ram OEM puck kit did not change between a 2016 Ram 3500 and a 2023 Ram 3500 so your Demco setup that used the head and base assembly part #DM6077 and the rail kit adapter part #DM6099 would transfer to your new truck.
