We have a 1993 chevy 3500hd. What products do I need to add a gooseneck hitch? Preferably some type of hidden hitch

All you need to add a gooseneck trailer hitch to your 1993 Chevy 3500 truck is the gooseneck hitch and brackets (which come together), and a gooseneck wiring harness. For your truck, we do have an option for a hidden gooseneck, from Curt:
