Replacement Trailer Taillight and Wiring Harness for Boat Trailer 4 Winns 180

Published 09/08/2022

Question:

i have a standard 4 winns boat trailer for a 18foot 4 Winns 180 Horizon inboard/outboard. i just lost every light working except the left turn indicator and the two running lights on each side of the trailer midway. The current wiring and lights are old and id like to replace the entire system. Wondering if you have a harness, the correct length and the lights, or recommendations for lights Square see attached photos. Can a mere mortal install this harness and lights? All the current wiring is in the hollow part of the frame. thanks

We have taillight kits that utilize the same trailer lights you have now like with the part # TL16RK which comes with clearance lights or the part # TLL16RK which only comes with the rear taillight assemblies that are stop/turn/tail. The lights are also all LED which will draw less power and be more reliable. The wiring harness that comes with it is 25 feet in length and can easily be cut down as needed. It's definitely something anyone could handle as it's not too hard at all.

I attached an install video for this kit for you to check out to show you exactly what the process looks like.
