I just acquired a second trailer with similar profile and tow both with the same truck not at the same time, haha/duh. Looking for just the brackets for Equal-i-zer brand like this one—to mount on second trailer.

Sounds like you are looking for the Replacement Sway-Control Bracket for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution # EQ95-01-5600 which is the exact same bracket that comes with the Equal-I-Zer kit part # EQ64FR that you referenced.
