There may be a couple reasons why your Lippert PSX1 stabilizer like the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 will retract but won't extend.

The first reason you're experiencing problems could be due to low voltage. What you can do to troubleshoot this issue by testing your batteries voltage under load with a multimeter # PT89ZR.

If your battery does not read at least 12v, then I recommend charging your battery and check again. If your battery still doesn't hold a charge, then you may need to replace it.

The other reason that your stabilizers may be acting weird can also be attributed to faulty wiring. I recommend checking through your wiring and inspecting for damaged wires or loose connections. If there are any broken or loose wires, replace the damaged wires and check again.

If you're still having trouble after checking these things, let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot.
