The boot around it means the switch is sealed I hope? And is it 30 amp it doesnt say this is from my Fox mountain 5th wheel it needs to be 30 amps

The Replacement Extend/Retract Switch for Lippert Electric Trailer Jack # LC49MD is the correct switch for the Lippert Electric Trailer Jack with Footplate # LC285318 which does use 30 amps. Yes, the boot around the switch does seal the switch when installed.
