hi, i have a Lippert 813748 Power Stance Tongue Jack with a lift toggle switch that is not working. the LC49MD looks like what i need but the lift models that it fits does not show it for 813748. welcome the advice. thanks

It will indeed work; I just checked with Lippert for you and was able to verify the correct toggle switch for your Lippert Power Stance Electric Trailer Jack # LC69VR (which is the 813748), is the following:
