Do you know where I can get a wiring diagram for this part?

To replace the Extend/Retract Switch for Lippert Electric Trailer Jack # LC49MD you'll just need to keep track of how the original was hooked up and replicate that. Unfortunately Lippert doesn't have a wiring diagram but we do have a photo we took of the back of the panel for you to reference as well.

Fine but my wires are all different colors I just have red and black wires

@Brian If your wires are still connected to the head unit then you can just swap out one wire at a time to make sure things match up. If you already disconnected everything then I unfortunately don't have any more insight to give you. We've reached out to Lippert asking for this information but the only thing they can "provide" is the photo you see on this answer page.
